This policy explains what data the Forsa EG app collects, including RISE, the football performance tracker and its features in the app. It also covers the RISE Team web portal for academies, why we collect data, who we share it with, and the choices you have. "We" and "us" mean the Forsa and RISE teams.

1. Data we collect

Account and profile

• Name, email, phone number, username, password (stored securely by Firebase Authentication), role (player, parent, academy, clinic, doctor or agent), city and district, profile photo, and recovery question.
• For RISE players: date of birth, position, preferred foot, jersey number, height, weight, team and country, if you add them.

Bookings, messages and content

• Bookings, check-ins, the messages you send in the app, and the photos and videos you upload.

RISE tracker and performance data

• Location during sessions: the RISE tracker records GPS positions while you train or play. We use them to calculate distance, speed, sprints, accelerations, heatmaps and other performance numbers.
• Tracker details: serial number, firmware version, battery level and sync status, sent from the tracker to the app over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
• If you choose to record a pitch, we also store your phone's location for its corners, and pitches you mark as shared can be seen by other RISE players.

Usage, diagnostics and device

• Which screens you open and which main actions you take, such as signing up, booking or syncing a session. This lets us understand how the app is used and improve it.
• Crash reports and errors, with your device type, operating system and app version, so we can fix problems.
• A push notification token, if you allow notifications.

Purchases

• If you subscribe to RISE Plus or RISE Pro, Apple or Google processes the payment. We receive the plan, its status and its dates. We never receive your card details.
• If you buy a tracker from the RISE shop, Shopify processes the order under its own privacy policy.

2. How we use data

• To run your account, bookings, messages and RISE sessions, and to show you your performance.
• To give your academy's coaches your RISE sessions, when you or your parent link you to the academy's squad.
• To send important updates about bookings, your account and sessions, and to send the RISE weekly message, which you can turn off in RISE settings.
• To keep the app safe, prevent abuse, and fix crashes.
• To understand how the app is used and make it better.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who can see your data

• Other users see what you choose to make public, such as your profile, posts and media. Chat messages are seen by the people in the conversation.
• Your academy (RISE Team): coaches and staff of a squad you have joined can see your RISE sessions and numbers, and may keep private coaching notes. You can ask your academy to remove you from a squad, or ask us to.
• RISE privacy settings control who sees your numbers, how you appear in community records and benchmarks, and whether your photo is shown.
• Service providers who run parts of the service for us, under contract:

Some providers store data outside Egypt, for example in the European Union or the United States. We only use providers that protect data to a recognised standard.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our users.

5. How long we keep data

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data or make it anonymous, except data we must keep by law (for example, booking and payment records). RISE sessions that are part of an academy's team sessions can stay in that academy's team report without your name.

6. Your choices and rights

• See and correct your data in your profile, or ask us.
• Delete your account in the app (Menu → Delete account), or by emailing us.
• Turn off notifications and the RISE weekly message.
• Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play settings.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, or object to how we use it, under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR.

7. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections. Access is limited to people who need it to run the service, and your account is protected by Firebase security rules and authentication. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. If the change is important, we will tell you in the app.
